Kathleen Irish

My practice is dedicated to helping U.S. families with foreign-born relatives in immigration-related matters.  I represent U.S. citizens petitioning for their foreign-born spouses, children, parents and siblings through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and Department of State.  I assist permanent residents with the removal of conditions on their green cards, whether they are still married to their petitioning spouse or not, as well as applications for U.S. citizenship through naturalization and derivation of citizenship through parents.  I represent children and teenagers facing removal (deportation) before the Immigration Court, and assist them with affirmative applications to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.  I work with undocumented children in state foster care to obtain legal immigration status.  I advise families on international and domestic adoptions of foreign-born children, and assist them with derivative U.S. citizenship matters, both here and abroad.  I love what I do and look forward to assisting you with your immigration matter.
